Welcome to Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple," "we," "our," or "us"). We provide non-custodial crypto transaction services through our website [dmaple.app] and related applications (collectively, the "Services" or "DMaple Platform").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and DMaple. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms;
- You are legally authorized and capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, or any amendments we may make to them, you must immediately discontinue using the Services.
Important Notice:
- DMaple is a non-custodial technology provider.
- We do not store, manage, or access your funds or private keys.
- We do not offer financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
We do not broker or recommend any digital asset transactions. All decisions regarding the use, transfer, or exchange of digital assets are made solely by you, at your own discretion and risk.
Please carefully review these Terms and our related policies before using DMaple.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.Our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using DMaple Services, you acknowledge and agree that any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding your information.
3. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
If changes are made, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website, through our applications, or by any other communication methods we consider appropriate.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all changes will become effective immediately upon posting.
We encourage you to regularly review the Terms to stay informed about any updates and to determine whether you wish to continue using our Services.
By continuing to access or use DMaple Services after any updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.Please note that our Services are continuously evolving.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to access or use the Services provided by Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple," "we," "our," or "us"):You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of your jurisdiction, as well as those of Canada, where Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. is incorporated and operates;
You represent and warrant that you are using legally-obtained digital assets that rightfully belong to you.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a legal entity:You further represent and warrant that the entity is duly organized, validly existing, and in good standing under the applicable laws of its jurisdiction;
You are duly authorized to act on behalf of such entity and to bind it to these Terms.
You may not access or use the Services if:
You are located in, incorporated in, or a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction that is subject to comprehensive international sanctions or trade embargoes, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine;
You are listed on any sanctions lists maintained by the Canadian government, United States government (including the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List and the BIS Entity List), the United Nations Security Council, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other applicable sanctions authority;
Your use of the Services would violate any applicable laws or regulations.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms.Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to restrict or deny access to the Services to any individual or entity, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Services
Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple") provides a non-custodial transaction interface that enables users to securely send, receive, and manage digital assets, primarily stablecoins such as USDT, USDC and USDUG ("Digital Assets").
As a non-custodial platform:
You, and only you, have complete control over your Digital Assets and the private keys associated with your wallet;
DMaple does not store, manage, access, or recover your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials;You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and for managing all transactions initiated from your wallet address.
- Through the DMaple Platform, you can:Generate and manage wallet addresses for sending and receiving Digital Assets;
- Initiate Digital Asset transfers across supported blockchain networks;
- Select blockchain networks for transaction routing and fee optimization;Utilize delayed transaction features to optimize timing based on network conditions;
- Access third-party services for cryptocurrency exchange and fiat settlement, where available.Please note:DMaple does not directly facilitate swaps, trades, or staking of Digital Assets; such services, if available, are provided exclusively through third-party licensed partners;
- DMaple does not act as a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial intermediary;
- All Digital Asset activities, including transfers, delayed transactions, and use of external services, are conducted at your own risk and discretion.
By using DMaple, you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in managing Digital Assets, including but not limited to blockchain network variability, cybersecurity threats, technological failures, and market volatility.
Wallet Addresses, Private Keys, and User Responsibility
When using DMaple Services, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet, including the private keys, recovery phrases ("Secret Phrase"), passwords, and any associated credentials.
DMaple does not have access to, store, or manage:
- Your wallet passwords;
- Your private keys (encrypted or unencrypted);
- Your Secret Phrases or recovery phrases.
Your wallet address is linked to your private key, and together they authorize control over your Digital Assets.
If you lose access to your private key, Secret Phrase, or wallet credentials, you may permanently lose access to any associated Digital Assets.
DMaple cannot assist in recovering lost credentials or restoring access to your wallet under any circumstances.
It is your responsibility to:
- Safeguard your private keys, Secret Phrase, passwords, and access credentials;
- Create secure backups of your wallet information;
- Prevent unauthorized access to your wallet.
By using DMaple Services, you acknowledge and accept that you bear full responsibility for the preservation, security, and use of your Digital Assets, and you agree that DMaple shall have no liability for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your wallet or credentials.
Managing Digital Assets requires a high level of caution and diligence, and you agree to exercise such care when using the Services.
Wallet Registration and Security
To access DMaple Services, you must connect an existing self-custody wallet that you control.
DMaple does not create, generate, or store wallets, private keys, or Secret Phrases for users. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your private key, Secret Phrase, passwords, and any other credentials associated with your wallet.
Any unauthorized access to your wallet could result in the permanent loss of your Digital Assets. DMaple is not able to recover, reset, or restore access to your wallet under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that you take appropriate security measures, including but not limited to:
Generating and using a strong, unique password;
Avoiding the storage of private keys or Secret Phrases in unsecured digital or physical locations;
Limiting access to devices that interact with your wallet;
Ensuring devices are protected against malware, viruses, and unauthorized access;
Remaining vigilant against phishing attacks and other cybersecurity threats.
All risks associated with the management, use, or potential compromise of your wallet remain solely your responsibility.
DMaple assumes no liability for any unauthorized access, security breaches, or loss of funds related to your use of the Services.
6. Third-Party Services and Content
DMaple Services integrate access to certain third-party service providers ("Third-Party Services"), including but not limited to:Cryptocurrency exchanges and swaps;
Fiat on-ramp and off-ramp services;
Digital asset price display and transaction routing optimizations.
You acknowledge that:DMaple does not operate, control, or assume responsibility for the Third-Party Services or any related content ("Third-Party Content");
Your engagement with any Third-Party Services is voluntary and subject to the separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, and risk disclosures established by the respective third-party provider;
It is your responsibility to review and understand those third-party terms before using any Third-Party Services.
While DMaple aims to work with reputable partners, we do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the offerings, performance, or accuracy of any Third-Party Services or Third-Party Content.
We disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of, or reliance on, any Third-Party Services. Any concerns, claims, or disputes related to Third-Party Services must be directed to the respective third-party provider. DMaple reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any Third-Party Service integrated into the Platform at any time without prior notice.
7. Payment and Fees
DMaple does not charge any fees for the transmission of Digital Assets themselves.
We do not apply additional charges or percentages to network (gas) fees associated with blockchain transactions. You are responsible for paying:
Blockchain network fees ("gas fees") directly to the respective network when initiating transactions;
Any fees imposed by third-party service providers (such as fiat on/off-ramp partners or swap services) in accordance with their independent pricing policies.
In addition, DMaple may charge service fees solely for access to advanced platform functionalities, infrastructure services, and interface features ("Platform Service Fees").
Such fees are collected separately and are not deducted from the amount you send or receive in a Digital Asset transaction.Platform Service Fees:
- May be based on subscription models, per-transaction charges, or other usage metrics;
- Are clearly disclosed within the DMaple application or website prior to or at the time of usage;
- Are subject to change, and any updates will be posted on our website or within the DMaple platform.
- By continuing to use DMaple Services after any fee updates become effective, you agree to the updated fee terms.
We recommend regularly reviewing the applicable fees to stay informed.Please note that blockchain networks and third-party service providers may independently charge additional fees for transaction processing, currency exchange, or related services.
DMaple does not control, influence, or assume responsibility for these external fees.
8. Transaction Fees
When using DMaple Services, your Digital Asset transactions may incur mandatory transaction fees, such as blockchain network (gas) fees.
These fees are determined by the blockchain network you choose and are paid directly to the network validators or miners. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your wallet maintains a sufficient balance of Digital Assets and gas to complete any intended transaction.
DMaple does not control, influence, or set transaction fees for any blockchain network, nor do we manage or facilitate your transactions.
We disclaim any liability for:
Transaction failures resulting from insufficient gas or balances;
Overpayment or underpayment of network fees;
Delays or errors caused by network congestion, blockchain reorganization, or other external factors.
DMaple does not have access to or custody over your private keys or your transactions, consistent with our non-custodial operational model.
9. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of DMaple Services, including, without limitation, obligations related to income tax, capital gains tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other applicable taxes.It is your duty to assess, report, and remit the appropriate taxes to the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction. DMaple does not collect, withhold, report, or remit taxes on your behalf.
We do not provide tax advice, and any information provided through our Services should not be construed as such. We recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional to ensure compliance with your tax obligations related to Digital Asset transactions.
10. Intellectual Property and License
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple," "we," "our," or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the DMaple Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms or as required by applicable law, you may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any part of the DMaple Platform or its associated content;
- Lease, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the DMaple Platform or make it available to third parties;
- Use the DMaple Platform for the benefit of any unauthorized third party;
- Integrate the DMaple Platform or any part thereof into other products or services without our prior written consent;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or usage-limiting features of the DMaple Platform;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the DMaple Platform, except as expressly permitted by applicable law and with prior written notice to DMaple;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or disclaimers displayed within or alongside the DMaple Platform;
Use the DMaple Platform for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or to develop competing products or services.
All intellectual property rights in and to the DMaple Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, and interfaces, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. and its licensors.
11. Feedback
If you choose to provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback related to DMaple Services ("Feedback"), you agree that:
- We are free to use, copy, modify, distribute, and incorporate such Feedback without any obligation to you;
- We do not owe you any compensation, royalties, or acknowledgement for the use of your Feedback;
- Feedback will not be considered confidential or proprietary information.
Providing Feedback does not limit DMaple’s right to independently develop, evaluate, or market products or services, whether or not incorporating your Feedback.
12. Open Source Software
Certain components of the DMaple Platform may incorporate or interact with open-source software, which is subject to separate open-source licenses.
Such use does not alter the proprietary nature of the DMaple Platform itself.Where required, we will provide attribution and access to relevant open-source licenses.
Use of any open-source components is governed solely by the terms of the applicable open-source licenses, not by these Terms. DMaple’s proprietary software, branding, and interfaces are not distributed under any open-source license unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Content Ownership
All materials available through the DMaple Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, user interface elements, and software ("Content"), are owned by Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. or its licensors.
Unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing:
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content from the DMaple Platform;
- Your use of the Services grants you no ownership or rights to the Content beyond the limited license granted herein.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc.
14. Your Use of DMaple
By accessing and using DMaple Services, you agree to use the Services in full compliance with all applicable local, provincial, state, federal, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules.
You specifically agree that you will not use the Services to:
- Engage in, promote, or facilitate any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, illegal gambling, or the trade of prohibited or restricted assets;
- Violate any applicable sanctions laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements, or financial services regulations;
- Encourage or induce any third party to engage in any activity prohibited under these Terms.
- In addition, you agree not to:Impersonate any individual, entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or organization;
- Access or attempt to access another user’s wallet or personal data without authorization;
- Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the DMaple Platform;
Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure or that of our third-party service providers;
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the DMaple Platform;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the DMaple Platform except as expressly permitted by law and with prior written notice to us;
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights of DMaple, our users, or third parties.
Unauthorized use of the DMaple Platform, or use that violates these Terms or applicable law, will result in the immediate termination of your license to use the Services without prior notice. DMaple reserves all rights and remedies available at law or in equity to address any violation of these Terms or applicable legal requirements.
15. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that your use of DMaple Services involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
- Failures, disruptions, delays, or mistakes in blockchain network operations or Digital Asset transactions;
- Risks associated with hardware, software, and internet connection failures;
- Risks of malicious software or unauthorized third-party activities targeting your wallet or devices;
- Risks of unauthorized access to your wallet information, including your wallet address, private keys, or Secret Phrase;
- Risks arising from vulnerabilities, changes, or disruptions in underlying blockchain technologies.
You agree to hold harmless, release, and indemnify Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple") from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- User errors such as forgotten passwords, mistyped transaction information, or incorrect Digital Asset addresses;
- Unauthorized access to your devices or wallets;
- Software bugs, network failures, or security vulnerabilities;
- Actions by unauthorized third parties, including but not limited to malware, phishing attacks, brute force attacks, or similar exploits;
- Any reliance on or use of third-party services or content accessed through the DMaple Platform.
DMaple provides the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Without limiting the foregoing, DMaple expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We make no representations or warranties regarding:
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party services or content accessed through our Platform;
The uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability of the DMaple Services;
The absence of viruses or other harmful components in the Services or on linked third-party websites or platforms.
You use the Services entirely at your own risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple"), or our affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation of liability applies to, but is not limited to:
- any unauthorized access to or use of your wallet address, private key, or Secret Phrase due to your failure to maintain their confidentiality;
- any interruption, delay, or cessation of transmission to or from DMaple Services;
- any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through DMaple Services by any third party;
- any loss, corruption, or destruction of data or digital assets;
- any technical malfunctions, human errors, omissions, latency, device or network failures, including public utility failures;
- any inability to access or fully use the DMaple Platform or Services;
- any reliance on third-party content, services, or information obtained through the DMaple Platform.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.In any case, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the equivalent amount in the local currency of your jurisdiction.
17. Warranty Disclaimer
The DMaple Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple") disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- warranties of merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- title and non-infringement;
- freedom from viruses, malware, or other harmful components;
- implied warranties arising from the course of dealing, course of performance, or usage in trade.
We do not warrant that:the Services or any content provided will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, uninterrupted, or error-free;
the Services or associated infrastructure will be free from viruses or other harmful components;
the use of the Services will meet your expectations or achieve specific results.
Any access to third-party materials, services, or websites linked through the DMaple Platform is done at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding third-party content or services.Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so certain disclaimers may not apply to you.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple"), its affiliates, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:your use of or access to the DMaple Services;
- any feedback or submissions you provide regarding the Services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party;
- your reliance on or use of any Third-Party Services or Third-Party Content accessed through DMaple.
19. Limitation on Claims
You agree that any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or related to your use of DMaple Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose.
If you do not file within this time frame, your claim is permanently barred. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the DMaple Services if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Services.
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Services will immediately cease;
- You remain solely responsible for maintaining access to your wallet address and private key, which are required to access any Digital Assets associated with your wallet;
- DMaple does not retain, store, or control your private keys or wallet backups and cannot assist in recovering access to your funds.
Your obligations under these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities) shall remain in effect after termination.
21. Special Terms
If you have carefully read these Terms of Use in their entirety and have reached this section, we have a small token of appreciation for your diligence.
Registered users of DMaple who meet the following criteria may be eligible to receive a one-time bonus of 10 USDUG credited to their wallet:
You must have an active registered account with DMaple linked to a valid and verified email address;
You must have completed at least three (3) successful Digital Asset transactions through the DMaple Platform within the past thirty (30) calendar days;
You must send an email to info@dmaple.com from your registered email address, with the subject line "I Read the Terms of Use" and include your associated wallet address.
This bonus offer is subject to the following conditions:Each eligible user may claim the bonus only once;
The request must be submitted no later than sixty (60) days from the date you first read these Terms;
DMaple reserves the right to verify eligibility, transaction activity, and to deny any request if fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the offer is suspected;
Requests from duplicate accounts, accounts created solely to exploit this offer, or accounts with suspicious activity will be automatically disqualified;
Bonus payouts are made at the sole discretion of DMaple and may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice;
No cash or alternative reward will be offered, and no guarantee is made regarding the value, usability, or future redemption of USDUG.
By participating in this bonus offer, you acknowledge and agree to these Special Terms and all other applicable provisions of these Terms of Use.
22. Discontinuation of Services
We may, at our sole discretion and without liability to you, modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the DMaple Services at any time, with or without prior notice.You are solely responsible for maintaining external backups of any wallet addresses, private keys, and Secret Phrases associated with your wallet.
Maintaining an external backup ensures that you can continue to access your Digital Assets directly on the relevant blockchain network even if the DMaple Platform becomes unavailable. If you fail to maintain appropriate backups, you risk losing access to your Digital Assets.
DMaple assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from your failure to secure an independent backup of your wallet credentials.
23. No Waiver
Any failure or delay by Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple") in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right, power, or privilege.No waiver of any term, condition, or breach shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of DMaple. The exercise of any right or remedy by either party under these Terms shall be without prejudice to the exercise of any other rights or remedies available at law or in equity.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
25. Governing Law, Waiver of Class Actions, and Agreement to Arbitrate
(i) Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
(ii) Waiver of Class Actions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple") agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Services must be brought on an individual basis only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.You expressly waive any right to bring, participate in, or receive relief from any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding.
(iii) Agreement to Arbitrate
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by ADR Chambers under its Arbitration Rules, which are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause.
The seat of arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
The language of the arbitration shall be English.
The arbitrator shall have the exclusive authority to determine any questions of arbitrability and jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration must be initiated by filing a Notice of Arbitration within one (1) year from the date when the basis for the claim first arose. If a Notice of Arbitration is not filed within this period, the claim is permanently barred.Service of any notice related to arbitration proceedings initiated by DMaple shall be made to the email address or postal address associated with your registered DMaple account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current.
26. Force Majeure

- interruptions in telecommunications, Internet services, or network provider services;
- failure of hardware, software, or other utility systems;
- smart contract bugs, vulnerabilities, or technological failures;
- changes to blockchain protocols or networks;
- changes in laws, regulations, or monetary conditions;
- or other unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control.
If we are unable to perform any of our obligations under these Terms due to a force majeure event, such non-performance shall be excused during the period of delay or inability to perform and shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
27. Assignment
You agree that DMaple may assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without prior notice or consent from you.
These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of DMaple, its successors, and permitted assigns.You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of DMaple, and any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
28. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, these Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("DMaple") and are not intended to confer any rights upon any third party.
