DMaple Non-Custodial Statement

Effective Date: July 20, 2026
Company: DMaple Inc.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Non-Custodial Statement explains how DMaple Inc. ("DMaple," "we," "our," or "us") describes the non-custodial design of the DMaple Platform and related services made available through dmaple.com, DMaple applications, product interfaces and related online services (the "Services").

This Statement is intended for users, businesses, partners, and financial institutions to explain DMaple’s approach to non-custodial wallet control, the fact that DMaple does not hold private keys, seed phrases, or client digital assets on behalf of users, and the supported payment routes and applicable compliance checks. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclosure and other notices that apply to a specific Service or feature.

2. Key Points

- The DMaple Platform is designed to operate on a non-custodial basis.

- DMaple does not take custody of client digital assets on behalf of users, hold users’ private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases, or maintain client deposit accounts or stored-value balances.

- Users control the wallets that they own or control and are responsible for safeguarding wallet credentials and reviewing transaction details before submission.

- Some Services may rely on approved third-party partners, supported payment routes, banking or settlement channels, blockchain infrastructure, liquidity providers, payout providers or other operational arrangements.

- Partner-supported or settlement-based processing does not by itself mean that DMaple is acting as a custodian, where DMaple does not control users’ private keys or maintain client assets in a custodial account.

- Some Services may require identity verification, business verification, sanctions screening, wallet screening, Travel Rule-related information, partner review, compliance review or other checks before they are available.

3. Non-Custodial Design

In a non-custodial flow, you control your digital assets through a wallet that you own or control. DMaple is designed to provide tools, interfaces and supported workflows that help users and businesses manage payment details, transaction status, fees, records and related operational information without DMaple holding users’ private keys or acting as a custodian of client assets.

DMaple does not ask users to provide private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases. You should never share private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet passwords or similar security credentials with DMaple, DMaple personnel or any third party claiming to act for DMaple.

DMaple does not maintain client deposit accounts, stored-value balances or custodial accounts for digital assets. Service Credits, if available, are internal credits used for eligible DMaple platform services and are not deposits, stored-value balances, digital assets, fiat currency or client funds held for transfer to third parties.

4. Supported Services, Partners and Settlement Routes

DMaple may support selected stablecoin, digital asset, fiat, payment, payout, invoice, account transfer, reporting and business workflow features where available. Not all Services are available to all users, businesses, assets, currencies, wallets, banks, payout accounts, jurisdictions or payment routes.

Certain Services may depend on approved third-party partners, supported payment routes, banking or settlement channels, blockchain infrastructure, liquidity providers, payout providers, identity verification providers, blockchain analytics providers or other external service providers. These providers may have their own eligibility requirements, verification requirements, fees, processing timelines, risk controls, availability limits and terms.

The use of partner infrastructure, supported payment routes, settlement channels, or technical processing mechanisms does not, by itself, mean that DMaple acts as a custodian of client assets. The assessment depends on the actual transaction flow and whether DMaple controls private keys, client digital assets, deposit accounts, or stored-value balances. The DMaple Platform is not designed to operate as a custodial exchange or custodial wallet provider.

5. Compliance Checks and Transaction Restrictions

DMaple’s non-custodial design does not remove DMaple’s legal, regulatory, sanctions, AML/ATF, recordkeeping, reporting, privacy, partner or risk-management obligations where they apply to a specific Service, user, transaction, asset, route or jurisdiction.

DMaple may require KYC, KYB, sanctions screening, wallet screening, transaction monitoring, source of funds information, source of wealth information, recipient or beneficiary information, Travel Rule-related information or other information where required or appropriate.

DMaple may delay, reject, restrict, suspend or decline access to a Service, route, feature, transaction request, payout method, wallet flow, account or user where required by law, sanctions requirements, compliance review, partner requirements, risk-based controls, technical limitations or applicable terms.

These controls are different from custody. They do not mean that DMaple holds private keys or maintains client assets in a custodial account. They mean that access to DMaple Services and supported routes may be subject to verification, compliance and operational requirements.

6. User Responsibility and Blockchain Limitations

You are responsible for safeguarding the wallet, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, devices and credentials that you control. If you lose access to a wallet, private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, device, password or other credential, DMaple may not be able to restore access or recover digital assets.

You are responsible for reviewing wallet addresses, blockchain networks, tokens, recipient details, transaction amounts, invoice details and payment instructions before submitting any transaction. Incorrect information may result in transaction delays, rejection of a transaction or permanent loss of digital assets.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted to a blockchain network. DMaple does not control public blockchain networks, validators, miners, wallet providers, stablecoin issuers, banking systems or third-party payment rails and generally cannot reverse, alter, delete or hide information recorded on a public blockchain.

7. Regulatory Status and No Endorsement

DMaple Inc. is registered as a Money Services Business with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) under registration number C100001133.

FINTRAC registration does not indicate that FINTRAC endorses, sponsors, approves, recommends or licenses DMaple or the DMaple Platform.

DMaple is not a bank. DMaple does not provide deposit accounts, pay interest or provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, securities or financial planning advice. Nothing in this Statement should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, transfer, exchange or use any digital asset, stablecoin, fiat currency, payment route or third-party service.

8. Relationship to Other Documents
